Hello everyone,

Registration for all Footy Sevens winter indoor leagues is now open for Teams and Indiviual Players.

Any captain's pre-sale invitations have been released to public sale and individual registration for the leagues will open on Monday.

We've got the same great line-up of coed and men's leagues as last year. Most of our winter leagues begin in January or February. If you can't wait until then to get out and play we can still squeeze one more team and a few individuals into our Friday Men's League at Carleton University (first game January 4th).  Alternatively, you can always join one of our pick-up games or get on the court with volleyball and floor hockey leagues at various venues.

Winter 2019 Soccer League Line-Up

Gloucester Domes - Mon, Wed, Sun

The Hornet's Nest and Louis Riel Dome have been league venues for as long as Footy Sevens has been in existence and we run indoor leagues year-round at the domes out on Bearbrook Road. Our Monday, Wednesday and Sunday coed leagues continue in winter, with the new seasons kicking off directly after the end of the fall seasons. All of the leagues start in February and are likely to sell out well before their start date.

Ottawa University - Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun

For the past six years, the Lees Dome at Ottawa University has sold out with over 100 teams playing at the downtown venue in the fall and winter seasons. We are offering coed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Our men's league is also on Sundays. All of the Ottawa University leagues are scheduled to begin in February or March. Our Friday men's league also switches over from Carleton u in Fall to Ottawa U for the winter season.

Ben Franklin Dome - Mon Mens AND Sun Co-Ed (new for winter)

Our Monday Men's league at Ben Franklin Dome begins in February with later kick-off times. We are also adding a winter coed league at the same venue on Sundays, beginning in March. We first offered this league at the start of 2018, and it proved to be a big hit, selling out well in advance of kick-off.

Individual Registration - Soccer

Individual registration for our winter soccer leagues opens on Monday, December 10th at noon, a few days after the team registration.

Volleyball and Floor Hockey

Don't forget we've also got 4 nights of mixed volleyball available from Monday to Thursday at various venues around the city. Our Wednesday league at Redeemer CHS has a couple of team spaces available and the Thursday league at Carleton is already sold out. The first season of our new mixed 4s leagues at St. Patricks High School was a big success and team spaces are still available if you would like to turn your hand to the fast-paced 4s game. A limited number of individual sign-ups are still available for all leagues. All of our winter volleyball leagues start in January.

If you prefer your gym sports with sticks rather than spikes, we have team spaces left for our Floor Hockey League starting on Wednesday evenings at the Ottawa Montessori School gym in Alta Vista.
